Anyone else having ovulation pain?

I had my TVH on Sept 9 and yesterday experienced a horrible stabbing pain in my lower abdomen. It is more on the high end of uncomfortable right now, advil easily controls it. However, if I try to relax my pelvix floor muscles (or try to go to the bathroom b.m. tmi,sorry), I can really feel it mostly around my right ovary. I was only sitting at the time. I have not overextended myself. Walking a bit here and there, getting lots of rest, no lifting or chores. I spoke to a doc this morning and he said it is likely ovulation pain. I've never had pain with ovulation before, he said I might be feeling it more because I just had surgery. If it doesn't go away in the next couple days to call back.

I was just wondering if anyone else experienced this?

I am two weeks post op TAH and was having the same pain for the first time this morning. There was a pain so bad about where the left ovary would have been. Almost made me cry. I also feel crampy on both sides and my lower back just as if i were having a period. Hope this goes away after the healing. Hope you feel better soon too.
