Update on Hurricane Rita

I just wanted everyone to know that we made it through Hurricane Rita. We are just now able to get out and see the damage it caused. So, I am not quite sure about everything just yet, but from the looks of it Rita wasn't too hard on us. I was so scared. The wind and rain was pretty bad. Other than lack of sleep we are all fine. I guess I am going to have to rest this week. I have probably set my recovery back from all of this happening. I just hope I haven't hurt myself. God is good!! We thought it was going to be much worse. Goes to show how prayer works. I can't stay on long, need to keep my phone lines open, but I wanted to thank everyone for your support, prayers, and thoughts. God bless you all!!

I'm glad you made it thru the storm okay. It was a scarey time for all. Here in Texas was pure craziness in the days before the storm. Lots of backbreaking work, but we were lucky and will be prepared should another one head our way. Take care and get as much rest as you can. I think I will need a vacation to rest and pamper the princess after all this hard work.
