bladder infection kidney pain
hi everyone
I had my hyster on august 5 i went for my check up today & have a bladder infection & pain in my rgt kidney & lower back. Before this surgury i had the same pain in my kidney & found i had a fibriod blocking it. I had surgury last Feb for the removal of that. I was dealing with kidney pain on the right side for 3 years before that. Im just scared that this pain is not related to my recent surgury or the one before. Before both of the surguries i have never had a uti or bladder infection
before so all this is new to me. Unfortunaly i have had
servere kidney pain am i starting all over agian. Just worried has this happened to anyone else ?
thanks for reading

bladder infection kidney pain
Hi,
Have you noticed any blood in your urine after the pain? The reason why I'm asking is because I've had kidney stones and they are excruciating and causes blood in the urine.
I had the pain in my back that radiated to the front abdomen area.
You won't believe this, the night after I got home from my surgery, I had terrible kidney pain. My Dr. and I are convinced I passed another kidney stone, like I'm not in enough pain already?????
Maybe talk to your Dr. about seeing a Urologist?
I hope you are feeling better soon

The idea of a kidney stone is certainly a possibility.
Another thought is that the UTI may have gone to your kidney, too. I know whenever I've had a kidney infection, I had quite a bit of pain. If your antibiotics don't relieve the pain in a day or two, I'd definitely go back and be seen again.
and I hope you're feeling better, too.
