starting 3rd week post op

Hi Im a new member... got word of your site last nite in Pogo.... wow lots of great information here....had so many concerns with what exactly was done invasively... lmao... I had to slap my hand for doing some of the things I did do last week....wish my doctor had of told me more of the "why" we cant do such simple seeming tasks... as a body builder n kickboxer.... it was hard for me to understand that

Hi Tupleo, this site has been a godsend for me! I'm just about 10 days further along in my recovery. Doing pretty well, but I have been the ultimate princess and following all of the suggestions to the letter. I was too scared not to!

There is a section on the site called checkpoints that gives some good guidelines on what's ok to do and what's not, along with explanations. You might find it helpful.
