Sick and Tired of being Sick and Tired

My ooperectomy was August 22. It was benign. The incision healed very quickly, but I'm so tired of being tired all the time. Is this normal? What can I do? Vimarie

Are you using hormone replacement? If so, what are you using? It can take some time to find balance and it can take time for your body to adjust and recover from surgery.

You can read more about hormones in the articles at www.hormonejungle.com

Sick and Tired of being Sick and Tired

Good news! My OVERWHELMING fatigue was medicine related. I am taking 3 high-blood pressure pills, Labetalol, Lisinapril, and Clonidine. The other day I was with DH at a restaurant and had taken my pills as directed when I was almost knocked flat (literally!) by this overwhelming fatigue. Like, I wanted to lay down right where I was on the floor and not ever move again! I also could not see well enough to know when to step off the curb. I was THAT light-sensitive!! Needless to say, I was really upset. When I got home I went into Web M.D. and punched in my symptoms. Bingo!! Medicine-related!! The drug Clonidine was right there on the list of possible culprits! I stopped taking Clonidine and feel GREAT!! So, if you are having similar problems, check out your perscriptions. Vimarie
