Mood swing before HRT patch change?

I use Vivelle dot 0.05 and change it on Sundays and Wednesdays. I am trying to see if there is a pattern to this but I think I am having some mood swings the day before I change the patch. It seems like I am grumpy and mad at the world, complaining about things that normally don't bother me the day before the patch needs to be changed. Then it seems to get better within about 5 hours after the patch is changed. Has anyone had the same experience? If you did, does increasing the dosage help?

Can you acll your doctor? I am having similar issues and I was told it WAS from too little of a dose. I am going back next week to talk to her about it some more but the crabbiness went away went I increased mine. (she told me over the phone to just use 2 patches until the appt). Now my issue is headaches the day I change my patch...
