Puffy, floppy lower abdomen

Four months post laparoscopic hysterectomy my lower abdomen and vaginal areas are very puffy and floppy, not firm. Are there any exercises that would help this? Will it improve with time?

I am also having this problem and I am 12 weeks post op tomorrow. I was wondering if there is anything that can be done? I lost weight post op, but you really can't tell b/c of this swelly belly!

I thought you were talking about my stomach!! I hope it gets better but I have had 3 c-sections and it never got better. I told my dh if I draw on nipples I could call it my utter! It's not that bad but we are always harder on ourselves than anyone else! I think a tummy tuck is the only way my "fold" will go away! But I think 4 abdominal surgeries is enough!!

3 c sections for me too before this surgery! I can't even see my scar without lifting up my belly. I can't imaginehaving had a tummy tuck on top of the big H-and after this, I'll be glad if I never have to see an OR again!
