I Made It!!!

Hello:

I just wanted to send a short note to all my friends and let you know I made it through my hernia repair. At first I thought I was going to die with the pain. I found out I was allergic to codeine the hard way but every day I feel better. I'm so glad that's behind me now!

Has anyone heard how Margaret321 is doing?

Hi Donna. I made it through my surgery with no further cancer seen and my hernia repair was the worst part of the whole thing. Had a drain coming home. Hope your hernia repair went well--they are NOT fun, that's for sure. I had an epidural and that helped pain wise but this is not fun surgey!

Praise The Lord!!! I'm so glad your doing okay.

My hernia surgery went well. My first post op appointment was Monday and my surgeon said I was healing way ahead of time. I can't yet part with this big elastic binder wrap around my waist - it may be all in my head but I feel I can't go without it.

Hi Donna,
So glad you made it through surgery well. How horrible having exta pain from the one of the medicine that is suppose to relieve it. May your recovery go without a hitch from now on.

I am allergic to Oxycodone. I won't touch that stuff now.
