estradiol/estriol

I have been doing a lot of research on the above. I'm on BiEst, which includes the above two estrogens. I, however, had read that you don't need estriol if you have no ovaries, which I do not. Has anyone heard of this? Two years later, I can find no balance. Surely, there is someone out there who is going through this also. I'm trying to find the right combination to help me with my hot flashes, sleeplessness, acne, excess hair, etc. No, my testosterone isn't high. Test came back low-normal last week. I've stopped by progesterone as whenever I use it I break out severely with cystic acne.
