I had my six-weeks post-op check up today!

I had a good report- no problems, no signs of any cancer in pathology report ( I hadn't expected it but good to know ) and I got the go-ahead to do whatever I want, just to start slowly. The brief internal exam was painless too! Whoohoo! I go back to work Monday - I just work two days a week right now so that is good- and now I can start slowly getting back into shape.

I still get tired easily, but she said that might last for some time now. I did think it was odd when I mentioned my hair loss, she said she had never heard of that in all her years... I told her it seemed to be common but she thought it was odd. Anyway, hopefully it will stop falling out soon! It seems to have slowed down, but still falling out. Grrr.

This community had been a life-line for me and will continue to enrich my life as I keep healing.
