Estrace cream

I just started using it myself a couple months or so ago. I have had 2 seperate prolapse surgeries this year and both were done through the vagina. Needless to say the vaginal tissue was pretty much a mess. I use 1 gram twice a week now(was every day for a couple weeks) and am also on Estratest HS HRT. I don't feel the dryness or irritation I used to experience. I don't know how long I am supposed to stay on it. My Gyn never said. I got a big tube and 3 refills. I guess I call to talk to him once that runs out. He said it should help for moisturizing me during intercourse. I have had problems with that since my hyst. My hormones were fine for a few months after my hyst(I kept both ovaries) All of a sudden my levels went up and I really started having menopausal symptoms. He said I am in premature(early) menopause at 43. I am also on Estratest HS (HRT) which really helps with my symptoms.
From what I have read there should be no complications with using Estrace. Here is a link for you to read:http://aolsearch.aol.com/aol/search?...lover&ie=UTF-8

I hope this helps
Peggy
