Finally feeling better

I'm starting to think that next year is going to be better for me. I'm a little over 5 weeks post-op RSO and 11 months post-op TAH and I can honestly say that I'm finally feeling better. My abdominal distention has started to go down. I can now fit into my pre-op clothes again !!! My energy level has returned and I'm no longer depressed about all my surgical issues. I'm actually looking forward to Christmas and the New Year. I know I will have to watch that complex cyst on my left ovary but I'm OK with it now. Life is too short to worry about things beyond your control.

I want to wish everyone a MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR .
I hope that everyone who had surgery around the same time as me is doing well and that you will enjoy your holidays. For those with upcoming surgeries, I wish you the best, many s, and a speedy recovery.

I want to thank my sisters for being there for me during this very complex year. This year would have been more difficult without your support.
