5 mo. post.sleeping problems and bladder problems

Hi all..its been 5 months and Im still having to take something to sleep and I don't sleep as long as I would like..plus I have developed some bladder problems..I leak for no reason...just walking or setting around and here comes a leak...Ive heard this happens sometimes..but since we still do not have any insurance Im not sure what Im going to be able to do about it..any one with similar probs.

Have you tried doing kegals to strengthen the muscles in that area? I do tons of kegals and use estrogen cream to keep the vaginal walls well lubricated. This has been the answer for me. Leaking is common, but not "normal", so see your doctor when you can!

I noticed that you did not keep your ovaries. Are your taking any kind of HRT? Sleep disturbances can be caused from lack of hormones. No insurance is definitely a bummer..leaking isn't normal. Only your Dr. can diagnose why you are leaking. We can give ideas and opinions, but not really diagnoses..that is for the experts to do. I wonder if you could just call your dr's office and talk with one of the nurses telling them what is going on and explain not having insurance. They may be able to offer some advice anyway.
