Intercourse after surgery and radiation

Hi.

I had surgery followed by pelvic radiation 6 months ago for uterine cancer. I have been using my dilator about every couple of days. Recently I had vaginal intercourse with my fiance and experienced the next morning clear/yellowish tinged vaginal discharge for the whole day. It was making my panties wet and I had to use thin pads to prevent the leaking from soiling my underwear/clothes. (And I thought I would never need those again!) It has significantly decreased since that "day after." I also experienced some intermittent cramping vagina pain. Quite honestly it felt and looked a lot like after my surgery when i had some slight discharge. I had a normal vaginal exam and PET scan last week. Is this vaginal discharge common among women like me with surgery and/or pelvic radiation? I wonder if it isn't all just lubricant and exrections from the whole experience, but of course it kinda freaked me out because i dont want for my cancer to come back. So I guess I am just curious about women like me and their experiences with intercourse (?vaginal dc and slight amount of pain a normal variant?).
