New to testosterone cream

I have just started using testosterone cream. Last night was my first night of using it. My prescription is to rub 1 ml in 2 times per day. I am wondering what is the best place to rub it in? Your wrist and forearm area? Your inner thigh? Your butt? I also use the vivelle.dot patch and wear that on my butt. It didn't absorb near as well on my abdomen. Also how long before I would feel results? Anyone with experience with testosterone cream please help. I am looking for any and all info on it. Thanks so much.

New to testosterone cream

Hi!

There are several sites where testosterone cream can be applied. Here's a link an article called Where to Apply Compounded Hormone Creams.

When I first started using testosterone cream, I applied it directly to my clitoris/vulva. It was recommended to start with that area for better results. I started noticing a difference about three days later and definite improvement by two weeks. Not everyone will feel the benefits that quickly so try to be patient and give it time to work. Hopefully you'll notice a difference soon.

Keep us posted, okay?

New to testosterone cream

i started by putting in on my inner wrist area. it took a couple of weeks to notice it working. i had to cut back, i was using it every day and i was doing good and then started "back-sliding" and it was not working. come to find out, i had too much testosterone at that point, so now i use it 3x per week and i am happy! i was surprised that your libido goes away with too much testosterone also!

Get testosterone cream from compounding pharmacy

My doctor gave me a prescription for this and I get it at a compounding pharmacy.

(((Linda))), if you aren't sure if you have a compounding pharmacy near you, use the locator feature of this site: www.iacprx.org.

You have to have a prescription to get testosterone and it's a good idea to have your free and total levels tested prior to starting testosterone therapy. A missing libido can have causes other than testosterone levels being low.
