Spotting

It was more like "what the heck" as it was unexpected.About 5 wks or so after surgery I had a little spotting but the dr said it was all part of the healing etc and I shouldn't worry if it happens again. But wasn't expecting it at almost 7 mths out. Thanks for the concern

Spotting

Hi Ebonee....At 7 months post op...I'd definately give your doctor a call and ask about the spotting. It's possible to have an area of unhealed tissue (called granulation tissue). But only your doctor can tell that for sure. Call and explain what is going on with you. If it is granulation, it is usually treated in the doctor's office with silver nitrate.
Please ask your doctor.
Let us know what you found out.
Take care!

Did you keep your cervix? You may be having a mini period or like the previous post granulation tissue which can be taken care of in the doctor's office.
