There's been some discussion about DHEA recently and some press about 7-keto DHEA not transferring to either hormone of testosterone or estrogen. Any one taking the 7-keto? Any thoughts on this?

I've been reading your posts for the last few days, and you ask such good questions! I hadn't heard of 7-keto before, and I just started reading about it today. I found a good article about it by the Life Extension Foundation.

It's supposed to improve memory, but there's not much research on that – I think mostly animal studies. I'd like to find something that helps with memory. There are human studies though showing it's good for weight loss and immune function. It's an interesting supplement, and I'm going to look for more info about it.
