I really want to quit

Hi all
Okay, I stopped smoking 12 hours before surgery and put on a nicotine patch. Had surgery on Thursday and went home Friday evening still no smoking ( okay good ) Sat night Hubby fell asleep and I snuck outside and had a smoke I have been smoking just a few here and there and here we are. Darn it all. I really want to quit. Does anyone have any good suggestions on some online places for good suppport. I found a few but they bombard you with "buy this buy that" from us . Is there just a good support forum out there that isn't after your money ? Maybe HERE is the best place. Any help or links greatly appreciated. I know that quitting right now is probably extra hard, but I also know a lot of you have done it and are doing it. Thanks so much my sisters

Hello I just quit 5 days ago with the patch and I was reccomended the site www.quitnet.ca and it is awesome. Try it out I find it very supporting and they are not trying to sell you stuff.
