Finally Home

Hello everyone! I got home from the hospital today.. My hyst went extremely well. I am not having any bleeding. And the pain is manageable. I was able to move around in bed without any trouble. I also didn't mind the catheter either as that was one of my biggest fears. However my second day i had quite a bit of pain, but it was from gas! The gas was far more painful than my entire surgery. I had 2 enemas to see if we could release any of the gas, but there was no luck as it wasn't a bowel gas. It was air trapped in my abdomen from surgery. It has been passing and I don't care who is in the room when it does! Better out than in... I must say out of the whole process thus far, the hardest part was the wait! I am home now, still taking percocet as needed and enjoying my hubby waiting on me hand and foot. Thanks to all of your support. And to those waiting to go in, it really isn't that bad! I promise...
