stomach cramps,back pain,leg pain

Hi a little over 4 weeks post op. I have been shopping and things the last several days. I was very careful on not lifting anything and i walk slow for i dont over do it. Then last night my stomach swelled more than its been since surgery and my back is killing me. My legs ache and cramp alot too.My bladder is feeling crampy also. Im wondering if i have overdone it or have a bladder infection (uti) It feels like im on my period or something but with alot of swelling. I have been swollen since week one but not to this extreme. Any suggestions?

Could be UTI, could be your body's way of saying "too much, too soon, too fast." Also, as you kept your ovaries, they may be working again, so you could be experiencing some PMS (or PNS--pre nothing syndrome). You may wish to call your dr and let him/her know how you are feeling. Take it easy and in there!

Does pns(prenothing) cramps come every month? I was thinking after reading your post ,i would be starting about right now (started period day before surgery) I sure hope they get better as time goes by.I never dreamed i would have them as bad as before surgery . Well i know its better than the actual period but i hurt just like nothing has been removed . Oh well life cant be perfect lol
Take care
