Hi Ladies,
Just a quick intro and thanks for all the information I've been able to find on this site. I had my hysterectomy and partial oopherectomy in 1991, lost the remaining ovary in '97 and am now dealing with what looks like ovarian remnant syndrome and more cyst-like activity in my abdomen.

I've been to my second GYN and the decision on how to proceed has been given to me. This site is a great resource as I try to decide between doing nothing (risking that it might be cancer, or having another ruptured cyst) or having an exploratory procedure that can't be done with a LAP because of adhesions and scarring. I'm sure to be posting questions on some of the areas of this site, and will try to answer anything I can and share my experience of some of the issues I've been dealing with since 1977.
