Recipe for a good night's sleep!

After weeks of searching, I think that I have finally found a recipe for a good night's sleep. I had a TAH on Dec 20 and 5 nights later started experiencing the night sweats. Insomnia has also been a problem. I am not taking HRT. Last night, I slept 7 hours and only woke up once! In the am, I take a multi vitamin. Three times a day, I take Flaxseed oil and Evening Prim Rose oil, twice a day I take vitamin E. I use Arbonne's Phyto Prolief in the am and pm and put on a TheraPause coolgel patch before I go to sleep. I went to bed at 11:00, woke up at 1:45 am with a night sweat, cooled off and went right back to sleep until 6:00 am. It was magical!! I feel more rested than I have since before my surgery.
This morning, I am ready for anything!!!!

This is great! I don't know if I have ever seen this combination, but if it works then it might be worth others trying too. I'm happy for you that it seems to be helping. I hope it continues and thanks for sharing.

Recipe for a good night's sleep!

OMG -- I have been falling asleep around 11pm only to be up at 1am with sweats - back to sleep up at 3am, 4am and then 8ish -- I have not had a good night sleep since coming home. Does anyone have any further suggestions, or things that they tried?
