discharge- whats normal and whats not?

Hi everyone, since I was treated in December for granulation I have had a discharge, mainly white to yellowish ever since, some days worse than others. Im just curious to know whether discharge is normal and to be honest where it comes from it theres no cervix. Ive been taking tibolone since December and Im wondering if it could be this.
