Hello BEST,
Just a quick check in before church. I will be MIA until Wednesday. I will be this afternoon to Georgia. I will remain as OP as I can. I am sure meals will be 2 or 3 a day. We are meeting my niece & nephew for dinner as we pass through their town this evening, so I am looking forward to that. I will get to spend a bit with my grandniece, who is 3 and a chatter box.
Started the day with oatmeal and yogurt, dinner will be pork tenderloin and who knows from now until I get home. I will be mindful of menus and one good thing is my girlfriend doesn't like fast food, she prefers to eat in restaurants where the choices are better.
See you when I get home.

Hi gang -- long time since I've been here -- the entire last month has been hectic. Company for a week, the day they left new company arrived for another week, then I had a few days to pack and get it together before we left for Georgia, got back home on Monday and have been busy busy busy ever since trying to get caught up.
But I acutally DID get caught up yesterday, and DH has gone to a local tournament today and I have some free time and plan on leisurely reading the paper, wrapping a birthday gift and a wedding gift, and lying in the and reading this afternoon........Ah, Sunday!! Took Brandy for a walk this morning and that will probably be the extent of my exercise today.

The scales say that somehow I managed to drop a few lbs while we were away........ let's hope they stay gone!!

It was back to the gym on Thurs (we didn't home til late Mon afternoon -- got stuck in a big traffic jam on I-95 and sat for hours -- our usual 6 or 7 hour trip took 12 hours!!) Tues I was just too tired (and facing a HUGE mountain of laundry -- it was cold in Georgia last week!) and Wed I spent running around with my best buddy -- we ended the day at a local spa where she had booked us appts for facials (her birthday present to me, my birthday was last month but we scheduled the appt for this week) that was wonderful!! Did BodyPump Thurs & Fri, but was so sore afterwards (amazing what just a week away will do) that I decided to skip it yesterday and give my sore muscles a chance to recover. Tomorrow is my day for two classes at the gym.......BodyPump followed by Pilates.........it'll probably do me in.

Hope everybody is doing well!

HUGS --
Ann

P.S. I added a couple of new pics to my photo gallery if anybody wants to take a look!!

Hi Margo, Ann and everyone else!!!!!!!!!!!!

Margo, enjoy your trip!

Ann, glad to see you back with us again!

Not much going on here today. We did have light snow again last night but I "might" try a walk later on. The 1200 calories is going well and I am shocked that I haven't been starved. Water has been good and alot of my weekend exercise was going up and down the stairs to the bathroom. 3 weeks until Easter, I cannot believe it! My how time flies. Later gators..........

Hi Everyone...

Busy weekend... it was wonderful seeing Melissa again, and she continues to look FAB!! The luncheon was a lot of fun... good times... and Melissa was the sweetie that made up the "surprise goodie bag"... I had to leave the luncheon before it was over as I was expecting my DB & SIL.

My DB & SIL just left... they have one more stop in NJ to visit before heading back home. It was great to see them once again.

Anyhow... I did figure out finally how to post pictures... and was able to post 2 of them yesterday... and they have been approved... mind you, I probably did it the hard way... I'm in the process of getting the guys (dogs) together in 1 photo & will post that as well today.

So the rest of the day will be food shopping and taking some quiet time to get some reading done...

Hope everyone has a great Sunday!!

Good morning BEST s

We had an early start to the day as DD had a soccer game at 8 this morning It was actually a great game: this was the semi-final game and they were playing against the best team of the league. They lost, 6-3, but they played an awesome game!!! DD goaled for the second half and did a good job, considering she's not a goalie: that's one of the team's problem - their goal-tender gave up on them after 2 games. The diva couldn't play for such a poor team I did have a small scare: while she was tending goals, DD got an elbow in the stomach and was down for a few minutes. But the great trooper that she is got up and gave her best for the rest of the game

We now have a short break from soccer: the winter season is done and they only start the evaluations for the summer season on April 10th. Then, it's evaluations on April 10th, 18th, 20th and 23rd

Food is still so-so, but getting better. I've been under a lot of stress lately and not feeling good so I'm just coasting. Thankfully, because I'm also kind of hyperactive at the moment, I haven't gained any weight. I intend to get back on track tomorrow (no, I promise, it's not the "Tomorrow Diet" ). Tomorrow, I'll start a de-tox will go low-carb for a week. That should kick start my system so I can get back on my program.

The plans for today are: , and, maybe, getting the out of the shed.

Have a great trip ((((Margo))))

((((Ann)))) It's wonderful to see your posts again. Sounds like you've been even busier than ever. You're my inspiration!!!!

(((Emily)))) You sound sooooo positive. Hopefully you'll get that walk in.

((((Melissa)))) Hope you girls took pictures of that get-together.

Hi to everyone who's lurking and will post after me!!!

Sue, You and Melissa look wonderful and everyone else looked like they were a nice bunch of ladies. Glad you all had fun! Speaking of reading a good book, I know this is not the place to post this but I read a good book in the last few days. It is called "The Dogs of Babel". I recommend it highly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi All,

Today is my second Hysterversary.

So far I haven't done much but I have to get going soon. I have to go in to work for a couple of hours and then go I've got to get some stuff for snacks on the run as this week I'm working 13 hour days. I am not looking forward to it.

Sue & Melissa your pictures look great. Yours too Ann. Your dogs remind me of my grand dog Stella. She is a miniature blue beagle.

I'm going to go make some pancakes and then get on to work.

Take care,
:superman: Llyn

Hi Fellow BESTers

Happy Hysterversary Llyn : Do something special for yourself today. Remember that your now a rincess: for life! LOL

Ann - the pics are great. Love seeing updated ones of you and DH. Nice fish he got there. No fish tails about that one getting away.

Sue - Your pics came out great - been running today so haven't even downloaded mine yet - glad you enjoyed your visit w/family.

Emily - that the new plan works out well!

Margo - safe journey!

Dany - just coasting is fine also....we all need to do that from time to time.

I'm not surprised that Ann has lost wt while away. She sounds soooo busy all the time I feel like I could lose wt just reading about her activities. Obviously wishful thinking on my part. LOL

OK - off to put my feet up. We ended up at The AtlantiqueCity Antique show today. DH's shooting match got cancelled due to rain, soooooo, he felt we just had to spend the money to go! LOL Spent $10.00/pp to get in the door to spend $2.00 on 4 ceramic easter eggs. LOL

But the upside was that we walked (well strolled) for 4 hrs straight without sitting down. My legs are tired!

Hugs to all -
Melissa

Ann, you've been quite busy! Glad you could join us today. Margo, hope you have a safe and fun trip. Where in Ga. are you traveling? Em, you will do fine. I know it is a lot of work. Melissa, wow you look great! You have lost a tremendous amount of weight. Congrats! Sue, you look great as well! Glad you all had a good visit. It would be nice if more of us could meet. Yesterday, we made puppets for our mission trip, then my Sister picked us up. My Dad has a house at the lake, and down from him is a Ritz-Carlton. She is going to get married there in September. They have a small beach area. We went to check it out and it's beautiful. We then went back to Dad's house for a sandwich and salad. It was a very low fat lunch, good it made way for the mexican on the way home. I had 2 fajita's. It was a very nice day, but . Looking forward to warmer temps end of the week. Today was church, a trip to Lowe's--then on to our life group. I am making the main part of the meal tonite, homemade vegetable soup. So tonite won't be such a challenge.
Even, though I havent seen the dessert yet! !!! Well not much else going on here. A nice sunny day. Everyone sounds great! Keep up the good work. I'm going to drink some more water!
Take care and have a great week! Sharon
