Checkpoints????

I haven't received the Checkpoints list. Does anyone have it ? Surgery is Wed. 3/29 and I just want to make sure I am not forgetting anything.Thank you!

Hi, I think that you didn't get the checkpoints because you don't have your surgery date posted in your profile. Without the date, it wasn't known when to send them. Click here and you be taken to the Pre Op Checkpoints
