Any Mini Periods Out There???

Hi Ladies, Im 5wks Post Of Today And I Was Left With A Cenimeter Of Cervix, So I Am Aware That I Can Get These Minis.. What I Wanted To Ask Is If Anyone Out There That Does Get Minis How Long After Your Op Did You Start To Get Them?? Cause Today I Feel That Heavy Feeling And My Back Hurts Like When I Would Get My Period And I Have Very Very Light Spotting, So I Wonderd If That Was My Tiny Mini If Thats All It Would Be Or If It's Still Too Soon??? Anyone That Knows Please Pass On The Info.. Thanks....

I get a mini period every month since my SAH(ovaries were kept obviously). My experience with a mini period started 2 weeks after my hyst. My hormones did not miss a beat. The spotting is minimal and only lasts 3 to 4 days. I also have a clotting disorder so my bleeding may be different. I also feel crampy which I find strange since I have no uterus. My PMS symptoms have improved greatly since the surgery. My family is thankful for that outcome! Hope this info helps you-it is frustrating to go thru a hysterectomy and still have to buy pads. My gyn told me that less than 5% of women with my type of surgery experience mini periods. My luck!!
