Sunny Sunday - April 9th

I can't believe it: it's almost noon, my time, and I'm the thread starter? Wow, it's gotta be a record!!!

Today is a beautiful spring day and I'm enjoying it... in the basement, typing away I do plan on getting my out, later this after and DH has plans for the back yard.

It's been a horrendous week, as far as the program has been: I've been on a see food diet all week long, except on Monday, and am now feeling the aftermaths of it. I simply feel bloated and awful.

I've been good in the exercise department: went to Curves 3 times and walked the dog at least 3 times

Tuesday was weigh-in day at Curves and I was down 3 lbs from February (skipped March weigh-in ) and 1 inch down. I've actually lost lost over 13 lbs since October

We were up early this morning, and drove to Bristol (England) to pick up a triple bunk bed, for my DDs room, that I won on ebay. I'm an ebay queen at the moment, I won a beautiful green leather 3 piece suite last week, for the grand sum of £87 ($151) and the triple bunk (double at bottom, single at top) cost £31 ($54) it's a silver frame too!
I'm looking for lamps now, to finish off her room, and then, just paint it. DH is putting her a laminate floor down next weekend, as its BH next weekend, so we'll be able to do it all out for her!

Food's too awful to mention, getting up and out by 6.30am is no good for planning meals and then in the afternoons, KFC is a handy option....better get on my elliptical!

I haven't been lurking! I've just gotten on. A lovely day here in Southern Jersey and we were off to the local Farmers Market/Flea Sale. Walked around for hours....bought some cool old cameras for oldest DD. She loves them, and they will be cool looking as decorations in her new home. She got a real kick out of them.

Bought a new canopy for our back deck, so when we got home DH and spent another 1.5 hrs putting it up in place of the old one. Got in a climping up and down the ladder about a hundred times. Great for the thighs and calves. Now I'm hew: pooped out.

Made pasta w/meatballs (had them precooked and frozen), salad and garlic bread for dinner. The pasta/meatballs didn't sit well, so I hardly touched it. I did eat my salad. I just had a hand full of trail mix and will have some cheese around 9pm for protien.

My dad came for dinner. He's in Jersey this week for me to take him back to the lawyer tomorrow a.m. He ran home and brought my DD back two old camera's he had from when I was a kid. Got a kick out of giving them to her - she ended up with 6 new "old" camera's today!

Off to shower, then wrap DH's ankle in some warm packs. It's hurting him something awful this evening. It's the one he broke, and I truly don't think it ever healed properly and I'm betting he reinjured it today.

Dany - on the weight you've lost since Oct. That's simply the BEST!!

Fran - to the queen of EBay - you go girl! Bet DD will love the new look in her room!
