Hysterectomy: June 27th, 2005
Surgery Type: TVH
Ovaries: Removed both
Thyroid and Gall Bladder issues after Hyster

I was just curious if anyone had thyroid and gall bladder issues after having their hyster... I have just been testing for both bloodwork and ultrasounds .

Surgery Type: TVH
Ovaries: Removed both
Thyroid and Gall Bladder issues after Hyster

I have hypopthyroidism and my pituitary began to shut down after surgery.So,I have had to lower my thyroid medicine. Once before I had a trauma and My pituitary shut down allthe way. Surgeries I was told can ffect your thyroid. I get tested every five weeks. I gained weight after surgery due to this. What were your symptoms? Tired?
