A Tummy Tuck?

I am totally serious...my belly is smaller after surgery! I know this is gross...but it hung over quite a bit and was a bowl full of jelly for sure, but now that I've had my surgery it's smaller...not flat...but considerably smaller and not as "jolly" LOL I don't know if this had to do with my uterus being attached to my abdominal wall or not...but I can't wait to talk to my doctor about this and see if I literally did get a tummy tuck. Every day it just seems smaller and smaller than it was before I went in for surgery! Woo hooo for me...for sure!

I'm still having ups and downs. Sometimes I feel on top of the world...like I can do anything, but I know it's too soon, and I don't do more than I'm allowed to do. And other times I don't want to move. I feel so much pain and so much pressure....so I don't do anything. I think a big thing is I am still limited because of my staples still in me. I will have them removed tomorrow...and I can feel them pulling and what not. DH cleaned them last night and I had so much burning pain on the incision it wasn't even funny. There are 25 of them...I did have DH count them for me the other day.

Lotsa hugs!

A Tummy Tuck?

My stomach is quite a bit smaller too. My doc said my fibroid was about the size of a 6-month pregnancy. So, I'm sure getting it out helped quite a bit.

I know how you feel about the ups and downs. Sometimes I feel fabulous and think I can do anything. Then, after I move around for a while, I'm exhausted and hurting. I'm sure this will pass with time.
