My Pathology Report Is In,Not So Good

Hi Ladie's,Hope everyone is doing well.My gyn called this morning with the result's of my procedure.The good new's is the margin's appear to be clear,the bad new's is it was worse than thought.My doctor said I had a garden variety of cell's in the three sample's that were taken,ranging from severe dysplasia to CIS,carcinoma in situ.I had prepared myself for this sort of new's,but it was still a shock to the system.He also said he was so glad I asked for a more aggressive treatment,or this could have been missed!So I go in two week's for a consult,but my doctor said that now it's time for a hysterectomy.While I am thankful that I caught this early and will be ok,it still feel's sort of surreal to me.I am so glad to have found this site when I did,the support is wonderful.Take care to everyone and be well.
