Swelling ankles...only with HRT?

I am on a compount of Bi-est 80/20, Progestersone 40 and DHEA 2.5. I noticed that my hands and feet sometimes swell. This month was especially bad. I felt like I was walking on balloons when I got up in the morning. And, in the evening, my ankles were visibly swollen...looks like balloons on my ankles..they looked really bad...and the skin over my calves felt too tight. I havent been able to wear my wedding rings since beginning my compound in mid-February...and, I ususally can only wear my slip on sandals.

I take this compound from days 1-25 of the month...then nothing...no HRT...until the 1st of the next month. Right now, my ankles and feet are absolutely normal. The swelling went away after 1 day without the compound. No swelling at all. How can this be? I thought I was experiencing too much estrogen...but, my estrogen levels cant be normal after 1 day? Can they? I will be getting another saliva test kit on Friday..then, we have to wait about 3 weeks for the results. Three months ago, my doctor told me I am estrogen dominant and it will take some work to get my levels balanced out again...in the meantime, does this sound normal? Is it possible than my body just cant tolerate the bio-identicals? Could it be the DHEA?
