Yikes, bleeding

Hello sisters,
I'm 10 days out and everything was going super great. I was up doing things about 5 days out but I thought not overdoing things. The last few days I felt so good I was even able to get out of the house and take a drive or two (sitting on one of our pets snuggly beds!) and run errands with my hubby who gratefully chauffered me around. However, I woke up this morning and had vaginal bleeding when it was virtually not present before. I have a call into my Doc. Did I blow it?
Also, will my belly ever not be sore?

Talk to the dr. You may have overdone it. Take the day off and keep your feet up. It gets tough when you feel better to stay off your feet and easy to overdo. And remember you will go thru this for several more weeks. You are going to have good days and not so good days. You are still a princess. When you are having a not so good day, keep your feet up and don't do anything. Tomorrow will be better.
And the belly does eventually get better. But I still have days when it gets swelly when I overdo.
