Internal exam

Hi sisters:

Just had my six week check up with internal exam. Everything went great! I have healed up nicely and it didn't hurt when she did the internal. I was a bit nervous about it. It actually hurt LESS than the internals I used to have when my cervix was there. I got the okay for sex and exercise. I am beginning to feel much better. I went to the gym and I really needed that to clear my head as well as get the exercise I need. It was so worth it to go through the hysterectomy. I am greatful I recovered so nicely. I just want to encourage fellow sisters also.

Boo

Internal exam

I have my 3 wk check up on thursday. I am not where I should be on recovery. I am still having the sharp pains and pulling at my incision. I guess this better than before the hysterectomy. I was excruicating pain all the time . I am glad I had the hysterectomy. I am worried about my internal exam also because they were painful me before the hysto.

Great news. Don't overdo it at the gym take it slowly to start with- I thought I had but got very tired the first couple of times I went. You might be fine but just begin slowly again.
