Ohio Get Together

Hello everyone, I would be interested in coming tothe luncheon. I don't have any ideas. I live in Cols so anyplace is ok! I will keep checking this post.

Just giving my 2c here. I've gone over the responses so far for the party.

Cols.( Becky,Lisa, Sheri,and JCOLS)*Patty will be arriving in Cols by 8am that morning for Alzheimer's Memory Walk.

This makes 7 gals from Columbus and 3 northern OH gals. Possibly Cabingirl from Detroit)

I'm suggesting that we keep this get-together in Columbus. I'll be leaving Tiffin @ 6am to get to the walk. After the walk I can meet up with everyone in Columbus and be there by 12:30pm. That way I won't be driving all over the state that day.

Then, perhaps for another get-together in the future we could meet up north in Cleveland area.

Just my thoughts.....what the heck do I know since I'm estrogen deficient. You want me to find my way to the get-together don't you?

Yes, we are definitely keeping this get together in the Columbus area. This is what was originally planned and that is what we will be doing. We are just trying to decide where in Columbus. Does anyone have any favorite restaurants?

We want to be sure and choose a place that would have the space to be able to accomodate all of us at once. We don't want to have to be split up all over the restaurant.

Just a thought.....Cheesecake Factory has a great menu selection and of course their desserts are just out of this world.

Vote me in .. I live close to 23 so anyplace is good for me. Haven't been to the Cheesecake Factory but heard it's a great place.. It gets my vote.

Susan!!!! I thought of you cuz of your comments about Ben Heggy's Candy. Thanks for responding!

Ladies, someone might want to check the Cheesecake Factory because about a year ago I went there with a group of 18 and they would not separate the check. It was a mess. Champs has round tables which is nice for conversation. The tables sit about 10, it might be a little tight. But long tables make conversation with everyone hard. Just something to think about.

jcol, I hate that. I make a big stink when they say thatthey won't give you seperate checks, I have refused to pay before and they always give in. But I don't think anyone wants that kind of hassle. We will check it out, thanks for the heads up. I haven't been there either but everyone that has likes it. There is a Champs is just across the street from Easton. My Sat. lunch is usually at Hunane House, it is embarassing they know my friend and I so well they start fixing our sizzling rice soup before we sit down.

I am fine with any of the places. I thought Easton would be fun for out of towners. Not to mention how close I live to it.

I am fine with whatever you all decide on. I think Applebee's would be difficult for a large group as well. Seating is the main reason that I voted for Olive Garden, but I am game for whomever can accomodate us. Keep the suggestions coming folks!
