Owie Owie---reason to never stop drinking water!

OOOOWWWWWWW I made a stupid stupid mistake this week! I was feeling better having VERY normal BMs and my head got a little big. I "allowed" myself the freedom to drink whatever I wanted, which cut my water intake down to about 1 8oz bottle. My tummy was feeling better, so I also ate a lot more than normal...nothing that consisted of my fruit/grain intake.

And oooooooo man I'm paying for it today! I felt a little constipated last night, but figured I'd just make my coffee stronger and I'd be good to go. This is got to be worse than the 8 days after surgery! I actually started crying it hurt so bad. And what's worse is I don't know what the real problem is...constipation of diahreah Cause I'm having signs of both!

I've read somewhere that people often mistake constipation pains for diahreah because the watery stuff is all that can get past the "blockage". So I'm treating myself for constipation... time---but everything is so soft it's like there's nothing making it out, and i'm not pushing but it's like my body is freaking out and reacting for me! I've drank 2 bottles of water on top of my 2 cups of coffee his morning Now I constantly feel like I have to pee and anytime i try my body start to push...omg it's like needles! For a minute it felt like it was being ripped open and MY BUM HURTS!!

See stupid me forgot that my antiobotics would help combat constipation...so stupid me got all big headed the day after they ran out. Then to top tings off I have to get this settled by morning cause I have to leave at 8 am for a 9am appt for a simulation!

It is so true, even cutting back on fluids for ONE day makes a big difference! Think this constipation issue will EVER go away?! Carolyn

Owie Owie---reason to never stop drinking water!

I was stressing out because my sponsor and I had plans to hit a meeting tonight. I canceled last night because I hadn't showered yet (my boss had me working a majority of the day) and I was tired. I didn't want to cancel again...but I had to. And of course as soon as I called her, it stopped. But only AFTER I took mineral oil to help slide things out.

So now I'm stressed that I'll have to go during my tests tomorrow! UGH I kept thinking I should wait to take it, but 6 hours and a sore behind later...I caved. Just can't win.

Fortunately, 5 hours later...things are starting to feel better. Never again will my water take the back seat to another fluid!
