Pain at Incission site(Laprascopic Hyster.)please help!

I'm now at 4 weeks post-up and since yesterday I've had this throbbing pain beneath the incission site that is near my belly button it comes and goes and I was wondering if it could be from the stitches disolving? It does not feel hot to the touch or is draining but it does look a little like a identation or mini crater. Thank's in advance for your answer's! Annette.

I had pain at bellybutton lap site between 4 and 5 weeks. My doc said if it didn't stop hurting so much after a few days to call and come in. They said mine was most likely the stitches and I made sure nothing touched it for a while. I am quite a sight in hip huggers, lol. It did get better but I urge you to call and check with your docs office for peace of mind and to be safe. Happy healing and hugs.
