A full night's sleep...YIPEE!!!

YAHOO....I DID IT!!! I slept through the entire night without waking up once......thank you God...LOL!
I think the fact that I didn't nap during the day and tried to be as active as my body would permit. Hang in there my fellow sleep disturbed sisters it really will come back!!!!

Congratulations! There's nothing like a good night's sleep to make you feel like yourself again. I'm not there yet, but hope that good sleep is just around the corner.
