Poll: Would you consider helping Hystersisters this way?

Ladies,

We are in the middle of publishing the Hystersisters Hysterectomy Checkpoints in booklet form for distribution to doctors offices and hospitals. We would like you to help!

We need to know if we can count on our members to help us distribute booklets to GYN surgeons across the USA.

When we are ready to roll, would you consider signing up to receive a packet of booklets for YOU to deliver to your doctor's office?

Editted to add: This is a booklet for "Hysterectomy Checkpoints". A hystersisters flyer (about the website) will also be distributed but this particular booklet is Information and Resources for Hysterectomy Patient *offline*.

There would be no cost on your part. There will be no cost to the doctor. The only thing we would ask of our members is deliver the booklets to your doctor's office.

This is NOT a sign-up form. We are simply trying to gauge the range of participation of our members. When we are ready to sign up members to distribute booklets for us, we will post a sign-up form online.

This is for USA residents only at this point (sorry about that!) and there is no cost to you nor to the doctor. All costs are prepaid in the USA.

You betcha! and if my doc won't take em ( I don't know why she wouldn't!) I'll stand at the clinic door and hand em out myself!!

Definitely yes. My doctor is the one that told me about the site to begin with. I am sure she would be willing to help us out.

I think it's a great idea. My doc wasn't aware that there was a site like this... She is very busy with her work and not on the Internet too much probably. This site has been very helpful for me... and as far as peace of mind priceless! When I was at home recovering it was a wealth of information and an escape from boredom! It's nice to have others to chat with that are in the same boat -- or have been in same boat and understand!
