Cold Turkey
I am 7 weeks post-op. I have tried 2 kinds of HRT and I don't think they were helping. I finally just quit taking them. Sinced the sugery I get 1 headache a day at about 11am, I am still tired and forget things. I don't think I was any better on the HRT though. Does anyone have any advice for the headaches, everything I have tried over the counter hasn't helped. Will it hurt me to not take the HRT?

I am not sure about the headaches, you might want to check with your doctor. I am 8 weeks post op and have elected NOT to do HRT, and its with my doctor's advice too. I do not know what your hysterectomy was for, but I had Stage 1 grade 1 cancer of the uterus. And because HRT showed a risk of getting CA, I don't want to take the change. We (my doc and I) are opting for natural supplements. But so far, I haven't had any of the major symptoms a lot of women talk about (moodiness, depression....) I think I might have had 2-3 "warm flashes".......that's about it. So....I am considering myself a lucky girl

Your headaches may be hormonal since you have had this since your surgery? It can be either too much hrt or not enough to cause them.
Here is a link to some information about them:

I would see dr about your headaches to rule out any health problems.
