still sore 4 weeks post op

had a vaginal hyst and it was 4 weeks aug 2 still feel pain is that normal

I cant say what is to be expected with a VH, but with my TAH, I'm still sore at 8 weeks.

thanks! i went in so quick that i really didnt know what to expect pain wise no one really told me and of course doc on holidays

It sounds normal to me, provided the pain is more like an ache, not horribly intense or anything.

it really is just an ache off and on. Thank goodness for this sight or i wouldnt really no what to expect its kinda a scary process
