Ovarian mass

I'm 45 and through a routine physical my CA125 came back off the charts. They did an ultra sound and a CT scan and both showed a mass on the left ovary 7cm. The right ovary was fine and my pap came back okay. I have 3 fibroids on my uterus the largest being 5 cm. I am meeting with the doctor this week to discuss surgery. They say they won't know anything for certain until they open me up. Has any one had something similar? What questions should I ask? I'd appreciate any thoughts on this anyone would like to share. Thank you.

Have you ever had trouble before with any of this?Do you have pain ?

dizzydame, no I have never had any problems at all and all the doctors are amazed that considering the size I have absolutley no pain or discomfort. If the doctor had not run the CA125 we would not have found this.
