3 weeks and tired

Hi girls,

I'll be three weeks post op from TAH on Friday and I'm really tired this week. I mean, I just want to sleep for the past two days. I did stuff on Monday and Tuesday, but I didn't think it was too much: Monday stayed out about 3 hours, Tuesday about 1 hour. Could that be it, or is it normal to have this dip? I felt better last week to be honest. And to be quite a bit more honest, I feel really down. I'm so sick of being in the house and "healing." Is all this normal? Help?!

3 weeks and tired

I also felt more tired during the third week. I think it is just the natural healing process. Just try to take it easy and take good care of yourself. The most important thing is to listen to your body and rest when you need it. I know it is hard when you feel good. I am 4 weeks today. I asked the doctor on Monday when I could go back to work. He said.. I told you six weeks and I meant six weeks. Even though we "feel" good, our bodies are still healing and we need to respect that. I get a little stir crazy myself, but I would rather behave. I don't want to prolong the recovery period!
Take good care.

3 weeks and tired

I've slept most of today...I wonder if I'm not sleeping good at night. Last night I had trouble getting to sleep. Maybe it's just the healing process, but I'd love to hear from others.
