Went to see the Doctor

My Dr was on vacation, and I am glad. This Dr I saw today answered all my questions. I had bad pain on my right side going down my leg.

He said the pain was from working out on my stepper. I was working my syatic (sp) nerve to much. I can go to the gym just not use my stepper at home. The pain I have under my belly button is my colon. I have IBS and haven't been pooping when I poop the pain will stop. he said I was healing nicely and go have my colon tested which I planed to do on the 6th.

So, I can't step for awhile and I am taking zelnorm and dulcolax hope I poop soon. I told him about this web site also.

Went to see the Doctor

Sometimes another opinion (another doctor) is helpful. I'm glad that you got your questions answered. Will you end up requesting this doc next time?

Went to see the Doctor

Thanks for this info. I had my TAH on May 24th and recently have been having some left side pain. I was a bit nervous since I had a rare borderline tumor which came out intact. I've been working out with different things. I did an elliptical with arms on vacation last week, which I don't usually use, and noticed some more pain. Maybe the arm movement irritated my left side. I will try to pay more attention to what exercises are bothering me now. Thanks.
