Don't laugh

Please don't laugh, but I think I overdid it on the stool softeners. I took 2 tabs this morning consecutively at the same time and now my stomach can't stop gurgling really loud. I hope I haven't done anything to "ruin" my insides. How stupid of me to have done this...

Does anyone know what would make the gurgling stop? Should I drink a lot of H2o?

You'll gurgle till it comes out. Stay near a bathroom and try not to tear anything running to the toilet! My dr said one with a meal in am and one in PM. But not together at once. I think you'll be okay, but because these dehydrate us, do make sure you have lots of non-caffeinated liquid in your system tonight and esp tomorrow. You might get chills and weakness after your bathroom visit, so maybe get a cup of herbal (not caffeinated, if possible) tea or hot chocolate ready to prepare. Good luck.

I Did That To And I Scared Myself, So I Called The Doc And He Said To Drink Lots Of Liquid And The Sound Means The Bowels Are Working, Everything Is Moving Threw Them, Then He Told Me That Warm Baths Will Help Me With My Sore Butt From Going So Much And Wiping, Hope This Helps You
