3 years later
I have reached my third year since my hysterectomy. Things didn't go as I expected. First I didn't realize that I would being seeing a Urologist on a monthly basis and may have to have a Bladder Pacemaker if the latest round of pills does not work. I do still see my oncologist every 6 months and get 3 pap smears a year. I have my mamogram done every year in August as well as a regular check up with my Family Physician and my Gynocologist. I was put on Premarin but gave it up when I realized that it was the culprit for my looking like a "Puffalump". But all said and done I have a wonderful 4 1/2 month old granddaughter and one grandchild due in December as well as my job to keep me going through all the ups and downs. I just learned to take it one day at a time. What else can I say?
