day 6 post op. and getting night sweats

for the most part i am feeling great. i got to keep my ovaries(: and my cervix(:..i did not realize that all the symptoms i had been having where related to the huge fibroides i had. my back feels great and no more bleeding like there's no tomorrow. the only problems i am having is that i can't sleep untill 2' a.m. and when i fall asleep i wake up sweating.. whats up with that?

Your symptoms are fairly common at this point in your recovery. During a hyst the blood supply to the ovaries is cut off and it can take some time for them to become fully functionable again. I wouldn't panic just yet. Give it some more time. Let your body and you recover.
