Weird stuff well to me weird

Since I had my surgery */30/06 I had the weird things happend to me and want to know if anyone else has dealt with them.
Ok my gums, tongue, throat are really red and my gums and tongue are tender..salty foods burns. When I eat and swallow its like I have to drink something to get the food to go down. Feels like a lump in my throat.
Its not messing with my appetite but is a factor in how often I eat.
I thought all this was allergies but..I have no other symptoms and this annoying.
Any ideas?

Maybe When They Put The Tube Down Your Throat They Scrapped It? And Maybe You Got A Infection Now? It Wouldnt Hurt To Call Your Doic About This, I Hope You Feel Better !
