Please help im still having cysts appear and also scar tissue and one thing after another. Im on birth control pills not working ins will only do that i want a full hysterectomy but i cant get it im so frustrated and in so much pain all the time Any suggestions would be wonderful

What does your dr. say about the recurring cysts? How old are you? What type of surgery did you have in '03? I had a TAH in Aug. '03 and have never looked back with regret. Will your insurance not cover anything but a total hysterectomy or did I misunderstand your post? You should not have to put up with pain all the time - ask your dr. for help and advice. I am sorry that you're continuing to have problems. Please note that you can only have one hysterectomy, which you have already had. A hysterectomy is removal of the uterus. If you're wanting the ovaries removed, that would be called an oopherectomy. What is your doctor saying about your continuing problems? If your doctor isn't being helpful, perhaps it is time for a second opinion. I do hope you can find some relief soon.
