Breast soreness

I had a complete hysterectomy almost 2 years ago, in
November of 2004. Everything was removed, ovaries,
cervix, everything. Now, I am experiencing breast soreness, as if I were going to be getting my period.
Has anyone else had this happen? I know that woman that have kept their ovaries seem to go through this, but I haven't and also, I am on NO hormone therapy.

Our adrenal glands continue to make estrogen for us and estrogen is stored in fat cells. Also some of the foods we eat have estrogenic properties. It might mean you are having hormone fluctuations and yours may be high at the moment. Some women have found help with applying a dab of progesterone cream to the breast to relieve the soreness.

You might want to see your dr to check your hormone levels and see what he suggests.
