Waiting for Biopsy Report

Hello all.
I decided in May I didn't want a hysterectomy. So I just had my huge bladder put back where it belonged. And had a TVT put in. I recovered great from that surgery. But at 53 with no period for 5 years I decided to bleed. I thought it was from my surgery site but no, Dr said that looked fine. He examined me, and sent me to have an ultrsound. My lining on uterus is 7cm so today I had an "ouch!!" Biopsy. I have had an atypical biopsy when I was premenopausal. So now I wait for the results. I know maybe its nothing, but I have had cancer before and all those memories sort of want to come back. That's why I am so vigalant and tell everyone to get check ups, and STAY OUT OF THE SUN.
I had Melonoma. Well here's praying for the best. Pam

Hi Pam, I'm hoping right along with you that the biopsy will come back clear. Cancerhead can make worriers(or is that worryers?) out of us at times like this. Hope you will soon get some good news.

Praying for your biospy results. I too had cancer before (breast) and on Tamoxifen. I have an appointment to discuss another biospy and hysteroscopy, D & C. My lining is at 21mm. I know what people mean about cancerhead.

Melanoma...nasty stuff! Congrats for surviving that horrible cancer (well, it's all horrible, I guess!)
